You may be wondering which extras you might get when it comes to buying a new car. How to answer this question will be determined by how you and the dealer have been dealing with each other and what your relationship is like. If they are desperate to sell the car they will be willing to throw in a lot of extras - especially if they believe it's a deal breaker. But if they think that you are going to buy the car no matter what then they might not be so generous. The bad thing about all of this is the fact that many of these dealers get these extras for nothing anyway but parting with them is only done if they feel it is in their own interests. Sometimes you will see two people heading out of a dealers at the same time with brand new cars and one of them will have been given lots of extras while the other was given just one or two.

- Travelling cushions.

- Extra sun visors.

- A certain number of free oil changes - try for five.

- Car polishing and free cleanign for a year.

- An extended warranty.

- DVD entertainment for passengers.

- Cleaning equipment for your car.

 

You may be able to get the dealer to throw in just some of the items listed above. It is very unlikely that you will get them all but you should work on getting a few of these. Of course you should always try and see if you can get a bit off the price before talking about these extras. But if you can get the dealer to give you some of these extras, it will make the deal even sweeter; remember that he gets them for free anyway.
