How come when I eat Total cereal in the morning, my urine is like, neon yellow afterward?
I think it's the vitamins coming back out. Have any of them been absorbed into my system, or is it just getting passed right through?
LOL, it's probably nothing. If you are eating Total cereal, you are probably concerned about your health? If you are, you probably take a vitamin... If you do, you are probably getting most all the nutrients you need from that, and all the extra vitamins in Total are more than your body needs. You are probably just flushing them back out as a waste. If you are worried about it, ask a doctor, but I doubt you need to worry.
