How do I get a red gatorade stain off white nylon spandex?
I was going through my volleyball bag and noticed that one of my knee pads was all red. So i took everything out of my bag I noticed I had an empty bottle of gatorade. Last, I took out my white uniform and noticed a huge red stain on the front and back of my uniform. It belongs to my school and I need to get the stain out by 2 days from today. Help me please.
I use liquid Cascade for the dishwasher. Put some on the stain and let it sit and rinse when dry. Then launder with your reg detergent. It should come out. Has worked for me on poly and cotton. Try it on a spot that won't show first.
