What is the name of oil filter connection component?
I was replacing the oil filter on my 01 mustang gt and the part where the oil filter connects to the engine broke off. On this same part the hose coming from the radiator also connects. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this part.
the part that connects to the radiator..that is the water pump. the oil filter should not connect to that....the housing that cover the timing chain is close to that point.....good luck.
