My 5month pup tries to bite me when I dry him (from the rain) using a small towel - how do I stop this?
I don't cover his whole head and wipe him very gently but he tries to snap at my hands/the towel certainly not playfully. I did make a low ' grrr' sound but he keeps doings it.
Remind him that you are the owner and biting when you are doing something is not allowed. I would be doing some leadership training with this brat. It's obvious that he is allowed to get away with this and lot of stuff that he shouldn't be doing. Contact a good trainer in your area. Stay away from box store trainers like PetsMart because they would not know what to do with this type or any type of aggression.
