What do you say in passing about hockey and your hockey ability? For me it was I'm a goal provider, not a goal scorer. I was so proud of this, yet I wanted to score goals, who doesn't? After all, the goal scorer is the one who gets all the glory and stats right?

I tapped to resolve my own limiting beliefs about my ability to score. The first time I did this, I scored my first ever hat-trick. That was an amazing feeling! You too can now be confident in front of goal and look forward to shooting practice.

Are you Jealous of Another Player?

By being jealous of another player, you are actually keeping yourself at your own level. With EFT you resolve and dissolve any negative emotions or feelings you have towards another player or team. This then allows you to concentrate emotionally on your own game. When you let go of all your negative emotions towards another player, your game naturally improves.

Fear of Stopping the Ariel Balls

Do you wait for the ball to come down, screaming in your head, don't miss it, don't miss it? Then what happens? You miss it. With EFT you can resolve and dissolve your own negative chatter during and before the game. You'll then naturally start focusing on easily receiving the ball and stopping it dead in its tracks.

Match Debrief

Some coaches like to shout. This doesn't motivate you. It just makes you go ouch. Every time you can use EFT to release whatever that ouch was and start really enjoying your hockey for yourself. After all, who do you play hockey for?
