How can you stop colors from 'bleeding' in the wash?
I have a set of dark, hunter green towels. When washed though, they 'bleed', turning the water (and anything else), green. Is there a way to stop this? So that they can be washed normally. Have tried washing them alone in cold water, but has not helped. Is there some sort of trick or 'ingredient' that can be added to end the color 'bleeding'?
It was a COLD wash!!
Yeah, I used to have some of the Shout Color Catching Cloths, but used them up. Thought they stopped making them?
Try cold water and color safe bleach or woolite for colors.
